Lynn is Founder and CEO of Lynn Lee Murphy LLC, a Professional Services Consulting company, doing business as ThinkFullee. She is certified as a woman-owned Local Business Entity (LBE) with the City of San Francisco.
Her Story:
Lynn’s path in life has not been traditional, and her approach to work is not traditional. Her intention is to develop a new business model, provide opportunities for other people who follow non-traditional career paths, and apply Circular Principles to bridge for profit and nonprofit work that is rewarding and sustainable. As she grows her business, she hopes to employ and mentor people from lower paying jobs to higher professional rates. She, among others with different stories, adds unique perspective to the business world.
Orphaned in South Korea at age five, Lynn was adopted and grew up in Kansas. Since childhood, she never quite fit any mold or stereotype. As a result, she is extremely observant and adaptive, constantly challenging or being challenged. Becoming a full-time mom after working for PriceWaterhouseCoopers as an IT Consultant demanded a whole new suite of skills and growth. Finding an on-ramp back into the professional world was another hurdle, and she is now pursuing her dream of building her own business with much support from her community.
A core mantra is that everyone is worthy. Everyone deserves safety, access to education, healthcare, and a meaningful life through gainful work.
